Our Mission

Lab to Life aims to accelerate the transition of groundbreaking research on Glioblastoma Multiforme (GBM) from the laboratory to real-world applications. By raising funds and fostering collaborations, we strive to advance the development of innovative diagnostics and therapies for GBM, ultimately improving patient outcomes and quality of life.

GLIOBLASTOMA MULTIFORME IS:

  • Aggressive and Deadly: GBM is the most common and lethal primary brain tumor, with a median survival of 15 months.
  • Underfunded: Despite its severity, GBM research receives disproportionately low funding compared to other cancers.
  • Complex: The tumor’s heterogeneity and resistance to standard therapies make it a challenging target for treatment.
